Provides for the distribution and use of such sale funds to the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation. Sets forth certain features of such coins, and provides for their sale and issuance. Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Commemorative Coin Act - Title I: Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Commemorative Coins- Requires the Secretary of the Treasury to issue a specified number of: (1) five dollar gold coins, emblematic of the centennial of the Statue of Liberty (2) one dollar silver coins, emblematic of the use of Ellis Island and (3) half dollar coins, emblematic of the contributions of immigrants to America.
